One of the most useful features when entering new customers into the Intrix system is the connection with Dun & Bradstreet (formerly Bisnode). This allows you to retrieve company data directly into Intrix within seconds, using either the company name or tax number.
Instead of manual entry, you can add key information with a single click, and after saving, the company is also displayed on a map. This means faster and more accurate entry of new (potential) customers into the CRM.
Intrix offers the Dun & Bradstreet connection in two versions:
The Basic connection allows retrieval of data and access to the financial profile for companies from Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, and Bosnia.
The Extended connection allows access to data for companies from Europe and around the world, and also includes additional financial information, particularly useful for export-oriented companies.
Below, both connection versions and the scope of data you can obtain are described in more detail.
Basic Connection
The basic connection with Dun & Bradstreet allows users to retrieve data and view the financial profile of companies from Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina when entering a new customer.
When adding a new company, it's enough to enter the name or tax number, and Intrix automatically completes the data from the D&B database. This way, you avoid manual entry and the errors that often occur with it.
Data available for companies from Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, and Bosnia:
Short and long company name
Address, postal code, city, and country
Tax status, tax number, and registration number
Contact details (phone, email, website)
Business indicators (SKD activity code, number of employees, date of entity registration, representatives)
Financial data (net sales revenue, profit/loss, average number of employees based on working hours in the accounting period)
Business traffic light — identifies negative events affecting current business operations and enables a quick overview of company stability:
Green means stable operations with no critical events detected.
Orange indicates a weaker financial rating without a critical impact on operations.
Red warns of critical events that may affect the company's current operations.
This feature significantly simplifies the daily work of sales and administrative teams, as it saves time on data entry, reduces the likelihood of errors, and produces higher-quality databases that can be used for reports and analytics.
Note: The price of the basic package is €5/month + VAT. For a more detailed offer and to sign up, contact us at [email protected].
How does the basic connection work in Intrix?
Adding a new company using the basic connection is simple and fast. Let's say we want to enter the company Intera d.o.o. into Intrix. In the "Companies" tab, in the top right corner, we select the "Add" button and a new entry form opens. In the "Name" field, we start typing the company name, for example "Intera," and click the "Search" button. A list of companies containing the searched term appears, and we select the correct one.
As soon as it's selected, the form is automatically filled in with all available data from the Dun & Bradstreet database, so there's no need to manually re-type the information.
Extended Connection
As a new feature, an extended D&B package is also available, providing access to company data from Europe and the entire world. This means you can easily add new companies from abroad to Intrix, while also obtaining key financial data that is especially valuable for export-oriented companies.
Note: The extended connection offers 3 different pricing packages. For a more detailed offer and to sign up, contact us at [email protected].

How does the extended connection work in Intrix?
With the extended Dun & Bradstreet connection activated, you can still search for companies the same way as with the basic connection, for Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, and Bosnia. Additionally, the system offers the option to check the "Global Search" field.
When you select global search, you first specify the country in which you want to search for the company. Then you enter the company name and click the "Search" button. Intrix will search for matching companies in the selected country, and you simply select the correct one. The data is then automatically transferred into Intrix and fills in the entry form.
In addition to the basic data, extended financial data from the Dun & Bradstreet database is also displayed.
The scope of data displayed depends on the package you have contracted.
